Broker Designation: While many real estate agents pepper their name tag lines with an “alphabet soup” of so called professional designations, Brokers are THE ONLY designation that cannot be “bought” by paying a trade association fee and sitting in a class for a few days. The state of Texas issues the broker license. The educational requirements ARE TRIPLE what the average agent has at licensure. In addition, the state requires years of provable transactional experience before allowing a practitioner to sit for the exam. When you are looking for a real estate specialist with the education and experience to put you on top of a transaction, hiring a broker will almost always be your best bet.

Strengths & Promises
The youngest member of the team, Chris's introduction to the real estate industry came in 2015, when he was tasked unexpectedly with assuming management of the family commercial real estate business. Over the coming years, he would navigate the company through a veritable gauntlet of demanding circumstances, keeping its operations afloat and learning to navigate the cut-throat world of business through experience. In 2018, he returned to his home town of San Antonio, venturing into a new career in residential real estate.
Prior to his current occupation, Chris traveled throughout the United States and its neighbors to the north and south, training to enter into ministry. He achieved fluency in Spanish during his time in Guadalajara, Mexico. Other prior experience includes professional translation of Spanish and Latin into English, as well as work as a Research Specialist with Population Research Insistute in Front Royal, Virginia, where he researched population data and trends, government spending, and local, national, and international law. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Christendom College on top of five years of philosophy and theology at Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Denton, Nebraska. This background, beyond a legal, philosophical, and analytical foundation positioning him uniquely to understand the intricacies of real estate laws and markets, has also instilled in him the vital importance of honesty and integrity--qualities he holds as cornerstones of his every professional relationship.
Outside of real estate, Chris can be found outdoors smoking up some barbecue, or in the gym honing his skills in Olympic weightlifting.
